This KFC location is ideal as it is the only one in the immediate area of the Millville/ Vineland border area. Cleanliness is tip top compared to other Fast Food locations in the area and the Food is hot and delicious. Main reason I rated it 4 Stars is because the last 3 times I've visited this location they have consistently forgot parts of my order (last time I had to go back to the counter twice for missing my drinks when handing me my food and then when I was leaving as I noticed they forgot the sauce). I do wholeheartedly believe that the accuracy issues and slow service time is caused because of this location being understaffed. Overall great location and food just make sure to check your order before leaving.

Always have a good experience with Hailey working the window. Maybe if the owners had the sense to hire more people who cared like she does, this page would have a higher review rating.

There is still room for improvement, the food was almost good, I know they made the recipe Something changed I hope it's for the better. They told me the chicken was fresh, yes it was hot but it didn't feel fresh. Keep it for less time or fry less chicken for when someone places a fresh order.

Placed an order online and picked up at store. Upon arriving home, I discovered that both orders were incorrect (two thighs and drum as opposed to two breasts and wing). I returned to the store to request an exchange. As soon as I pulled up to the window, they realized their mistake without my explanation. I was provided with hot & fresh replacement and an apology. All the staff members were very polite, kind, and apologetic. They were training new team members and I was very pleased with their professional handling of the situation. Food was much better than I have had there in the past. Please keep up with the refreshing infusion of customer service!

The food is delicious, except they took away my double down sandwich, but some of the staff is what lost it a star. I say some staff and here's why. I went thru the drive thru and ordered my food, the drive thru person wasn't very pleasant. I said thank you and got the window shut in my face, no you're welcome have a nice night nothing. Upon inspection of my order they forgot something, I went in and the girl behind the counter was very pleasant. I even got a you're welcome AND have a nice night.

Ok, so let me start off by saying this is my first review ever. That being said I'm sorry if I'm lacking on anyway "review etiquette" but I just have to write something. I need to put the spot light on the PHENOMENAL and most FRIENDLY customer service I have ever seen at a fast food establishment ever! These guys are so nice and respectful, an amazing breath of fresh air in these crazy times. Hell, I came a little early last night and instead of closing like any other fastfood restaurant, they instead took my order and tried their best to accommodate my order with whatever they had left for the night. I will be coming here whenever I'm in the need of KFC, great job guys!
